We get into the details, establish processes and controls to document the relationships, historical records, time, cost, changes, and informational records to make sure we document project results, status and forecast at all times to meet project targets and goals. It is important to not only build a great project, but also build a historical record to transfer over to operator and serve as a permanent record over a warranty period and any ownership transfers. We further understand the risks and rewards to plan contracts, insurances, and teams to manage all through successful completions.
