Mega Project, Los Angeles, Ca. Phase 1 of case based on Lien Priority.

Claim Phase 1 on LA 3-tower mega project developer default involved evaluation of $500m of Lien claim contents and priorities due

Claim Phase 2 on LA mega 3-tower project developer default involved evaluation of each Lien claim validation and valuation of $500m of Lien claims.

Architect initial wrongful add service claim triggered Owner Errors and Omissions cross complaints between parties, involved as CM and percipient witness.

2 claims vs subs, 1.) Defective manufacturers products installed and 2.) Electrical Sub Delays, Time Extensions and REA impacts, involved as CM and percipient witness.

Claim related to Developer termination of GC who was 2 years behind schedule and 50% complete. Involved in site inspection, remaining work analysis and new GC transition planning report

Initially started with Architect claim for non-payment and evolved to Owner counter claim on E&O claims cross complaints.

Claim involved Building settlement due to shoring movement post new construction in adjacent site.

Direct consulting relationship on various cases mostly focused on time extension, unpaid change orders and contract disputes.

Claim involved analysis of both paver and concrete sitework settlement outside building footprint post ownership transition.
